ASSOCIATION $1,000 SCHOLARSHIP GRANT - This grant is limited to residents of the Union Fire Protection District.
• The applicant must be a high school senior, unmarried, and must have been accepted at a higher institution of learning (university, college, junior college, or other educational institution).
• Return form to Ms. Schultz/Guidance Office by May 3rd.
• MCHS transcript must accompany application.
Activity Period:
Would the following students please meet in the cafeteria on Tuesday, during 2nd hour activity period: Emily Driver, Shayla Driver, Jamie Logan, Layla Bronkala, Kristin Martin, Naomi Kimball, Dylan Finnan, Ryan Hoff, Victor Golden, Jon Goerke, Colleen Ryan, Michelle Olk, Mike Jenkner, Brad Molbeck, Zack Temple, and Jake Temple.
Athletics:
Cheerleading tryouts begin today from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. in the small west gym. Packets are available in student services.
Please dismiss the Boys Tennis Team at 2:45 for a 3:00 bus to Grant.
Attention anyone who is interested in wrestling, open mats will start tomorrow and run every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-5:00 for the rest of the year.
Congratulations to Shawney Damisch for winning the 400 meter dash at the McHenry County Invite. Please congratulate her when you see her in the hallways. Awesome job Shawney!!
General:
There's still some room on the suburban bound for the Rockford Rescue Mission on Wednesday. See Mr. Petrauskis if you want to go.
Anyone interested in trying out for next years Pom squad packets are available in the guidance office. Pom clinics are May 10th and 11th and tryouts are May 12th. See Ms. Griffin with questions.
