Chicken tenders, seasoned wedges, tossed salad w/dressing, graham crackers, roll, fruit, and milk.

Administration:

If you earned a GOLD PRIDE CARD, your exam exemption forms are available for pick up in the Administration Office. They must be returned no later than Monday, May 10th.

Guidance:

Attention senior football players, cheerleaders, and dance/pom team members: The Marengo-Union Junior Tackle Football Club has a scholarship opportunity for you! If you participated in the Junior Tackle program as a player of cheerleader – there is a scholarship application in guidance. The application is due May 5th – so act fast! More information is available in guidance.

Activity Period:

There will be a Reading Club meeting during Tuesday's 3rd hr. Activity Period in the Media Center. All Reading Club members should attend to help plan end-of-the-year activities.

Interested in music, dance and having fun? Join Mrs. Mackey and Mrs. Edge during 3rd hour Activity Period on Tuesday in the commons to find out more about trying out for next year's Poms Team. Clinics and tryouts that were originally scheduled for May 10th, 11th and 12th have been temporarily postponed.

The Senior Picnic / Graduation committee will meet in room 2407 during 3rd hour activity period on Tuesday.

Athletics:

Want to win an I-Pod just for coming up with a catchy and creative slogan? Pick up an informational flyer outside the athletic office for details. Contest runs through May 17th and any student in the building may enter.

The Boys Tennis Team plays Huntley tonight. The bus leaves at 3:10.

The final practice day for cheerleading tryouts is today from 3:30 – 5:00 in the auxillary gym. Actual tryouts will be held Wednesday beginning at 4:00.

Senior Varsity Athletes: Don't miss the banquet for all senior varsity athletes and their families on May 18th, 6:30 at the Village Hall in Union. All varsity sr. athletes will receive their varsity plaque. Academic awards will be given as well as other special recognitions. RSVP's are due in the athletic office by Friday, May 7th.

General:

Attention all talent show participants: The talent show date has been re-scheduled to May 16th. The list of performers will be outside of guidance. All performers must be in the auditorium by 3:30 on May 16th.

A keychain was found in the parking lot. See Mrs. Warmbold in the Administration Office to identify.

All Earth Science students eligible to attend today's presentation by Dr. Carmichael should report to the auditorium during 2nd period today.

HOSA's third annual Bean Baggin' 4 a cure is this Saturday at 10 am. Come on out and play some bags have some concessions and listen to some music. $30 per team of two and there will be cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Proceeds will go to March of Dimes and HOSA. This event is open to the community.

There will be a Jazz Band rehearsal Tuesday night at 6:00. Please see Mr. Stellmach with questions.

There will be a Multicultural Club meeting on Wednesday morning at 7:45am in Ms. Sager's room 1105. All members please be there.
