Administration:
Today is the LAST day to turn in your Pride Card and PSAE exam exemption forms to the Administration Office. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Activity Period:
There will be a mandatory meeting for all students that have signed up for summer driver education classroom. We will talk about applying for permits, so you need to be on time to get through all the material. The meeting will be in the auditorium during 5th hour activity period tomorrow.
Junior class officers will meet during 5th hour activity period tomorrow in the administration conference room.
There will be a volleyball informational meeting during 5th hour activity period tomorrow in room 1406. Any girls interested in trying out for volleyball next school year needs to be there. If you are unable to attend see Coach Czysz.
Athletics:
Congratulations to Katie Adams who won the 1600 meter run at conference last night, as well as Allison Rogutich who also won the triple jump. As a team the girls placed 3rd overall. Awesome job girls!
The boys tennis team is home tonight against Belvidere North.
Please dismiss the Varsity Tennis Team at 10:45 on Tuesday for the Conference meet.
Varsity Boys Track will need to report to Coach Tveter today for practice. He will be taking attendance and giving you your workout.
Fresh/Soph Track is being dismissed at the end of 6th hour for the Conference meet in Byron. Meet in the commons.
There will be a meeting for all boys interested in playing basketball next year during Tuesday's 5th hour activity period in the commons.
General:
Auditions for the MCHS Drumline are Thursday at 3:00 - don't worry if you haven't played in a while! See Mr. Stellmach if you are interested in auditioning for answers to your questions and more information.

First session summer Behind The Wheel schedule is posted outside of guidance. Make sure and double check your time slot. Driving begins June 1st. If you were handed a second session schedule please have that signed and returned to Mr. Halverson by Tuesday.
Congratulations to Jasmine Resendez- Montelongo for her 1st place award in the second annual Adolescent Allies Art Show sponsored by the VOICE Sexual Assault Program. You can see her winning painting at the MCHS Art show in the commons tonight.
The Annual “MCHS Evening with the Arts” is tonight beginning with the arts show, followed by the concert at 7:00 p.m. Hope to see you there!
Juniors who wish to run for Class Office for next year should pick up a petition in Mr. Czerwin’s Office by Wednesday. They are due back on Thursday.
Prom Pictures are in, please pick up your prom Pictures in Mr. Czerwin’s room during 7th hour or after school.
There is a morning Reading Club meeting on Wednesday, at 7:30 am in the Media Center. We will be discussing "Thirteen Reasons Why," so come to the meeting if you read it!
Anyone interested in serving dinner at the Rockford Rescue Mission this summer should see Mr. Petrauskis in room 2407.
Starting next Monday May 17th there will be no charging for breakfast or lunch.
