The mission of the Mathematics Department of Marengo Community High School is to promote mathematical literacy through organizational skills, problem-solving strategies, and critical thinking. In doing so students will be prepared for their future educational endeavors, as well as life and workplace experiences.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum standards for Illinois public universities are three years of mathematics: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II.
